Traditional performance reviews take time — to think what to write, to wonder whether it's too soft, too aggressive, too flat. VOILA takes 2 minutes. Here's what happens:
Your colleague scores you across 5 professional dimensions — Trust, Performance, Leadership, Teamwork, and Adaptability. Each on a simple 1-5 scale.
Then they pick professional traits — your strengths and areas for growth — from a curated list. They can also write custom traits, each validated by AI in real-time to keep it professional.
AI takes those scores and traits and generates a professional review summary. Done.
Why Anonymous?
Because honesty requires safety. If your colleague knows you'll see their name next to a 2/5 on leadership, they'll give you a 4. That helps nobody.
